Our group is still very lack of active innovative managers, constantly using their brains, to think. Innovation is mostly on the shop floor, but it’s not just on the shop floor. I have the opportunity to contact some small factories, let me admire, their tenacious vitality, far more than we imagine the competitiveness of strong. Have the opportunity we still want to learn more from the peer enterprise, seize every opportunity to observe and learn more, always can see something that makes you inspired. Innovation is the best way to overtake in corners.Second, learning cannot wait. As soon as we give up learning, complacency sets in.
